We are looking for a competent Sales & Lettings Administrator to help with the organisation and running of the daily operations of the company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in administration and property to work with one of Antrim’s leading estate agents.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. The applicant must have excellent computer and organisational skills.
The role includes but may not be limited to;
- Check incoming emails & dealing with telephone enquiries
- Booking viewings and valuations
- Registering applicant details
- Estate agency admin for new & existing instructions using CRM
- Uploading sales and lettings properties onto CRM
- Estate agency compliance
- Updating property portals
- Using company filing systems
Essential Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Min 2 years admin experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications – Outlook, Excel and Word
- 5 GCSE’s, Grade C and above
- Can do attitude and attention to detail
Desirable
- Previous experience in an estate agency
Hours of work
Part time – 20 hrs per week
Mon – Fri
10am – 2pm - some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the business
Holiday Entitlement – 28 days per annum pro rata
Salary £18500 pro rata
