We are a dynamic and expanding property agency based in the heart of Antrim Town, soon to be relocating to a brand-new, modern office space. As we grow, we are excited to offer a full suite of property services including residential sales, rentals, and mortgages.

Role Overview

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the office. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring the smooth progression of sales and rental transactions.

This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, a proactive mindset, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, working both independently and as part of a small, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and qualify applicants for sales and lettings
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
  • Negotiate sales and rental offers
  • Manage lettings and sales progression from offer to completion
  • Ensure all property listings are accurate and up to date
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and client communication
  • Update internal systems and handle administrative tasks as required
  • Work closely with the wider team including mortgage advisors

What You Will Have

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and telephone manner
  • A can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Desirable (But Not Essential)

  • Previous experience in an estate agency or property role
  • Knowledge of local property market in Antrim and surrounding areas
  • Familiarity with property software packages

Hours of work

Full time – 37.5 hrs per week

Mon – Fri – 915am – 515pm - some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the business

Holiday Entitlement – 28 days per annum pro rata

Salary £24,000
